Returns are available!

You have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase to request an exchange or refund.

Refunds and exchanges will not be possible where brand labels are removed and where items are soiled or damaged.

Certain items are exempt from exchange and refund. These include gift certificates/vouchers, bespoke commissions and personalised products.

We recommend you return your purchase in appropriate packaging and keep receipt for proof of postage. 

Shipping/delivery costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), paid directly to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase.
